UTIDES E-ZINE ~ "SURVIVING THE PROPHECIES"

http://www.UniversalTides.com In this last millennium, a great civilization of scientists, artists and warriors, more than 12 million strong, abruptly abandoned their world. They were the Mayan from the Yucatan Peninsula. They left behind great civic centers, temples of worship, houses and apartment buildings, great works of art, pottery and plows. The crowning achievement of their entire civilization is the Mayan Calendar. To this day it is a puzzle to modern scholars.
The Mayan Calendar has one major cycle that started in 3113 B.C. that is going to come to an end on 21 December 2012. It will supposedly bring the destruction of our civilization in the 'Age of the Jaguar,' the fifth and final age of humankind. Others believe the date is 22 December 2012, and others still on 28 October 2011. Whichever date you set your Apocalypse watch to, certain translators of the Mayan Prophecy believe that the End Time will be caused by a sudden reversal in the earth's magnetic field, or possibly a polar shift, or AIDS and the Avian Flu. It's the end of the world! - Except for one thing...
In the Mayan language, the word 'world' means 'a cycle of time.' Whew! Presumably one cycle will end and another begin.
However, in 1986, author Maurice Cotterell discovered a theory concerning astrology and sun cycles. He discovered that the Mayan calendar was not arbitrary but based on a knowledge of sunspots. We are already witnessing the beginnings of earth changes and drastic weather patterns caused by the sun's solar flares and sunspots. That's a scientific fact.
Then there is the Hopi Prophecies and the Nine Signs, including the 'Blue Star Prophecy' which speaks of the 'Age of Purification.' Many believe the signs foretold in this prophecy have happened in the last 50 years or so. The Hopi also prophecized a 'Koyaanisqatsi', which means 'world out of balance...a state of life that calls for another way.'
In my book 'Universal Tides: Barbed Wire Blues,' I explain how the Elders of the Mayan, Hopi, Aztec and other indigenous nations are trying to warn us to change our ways, that we are indeed a world out of balance and we must find a better direction and do it quickly!
The Nine Signs over many years have been fulfilled, and so few are left. The signs are interpreted as follows:
• 'The First Sign is of the coming of the white man with his guns
• The Second Sign is the arrival of the pioneers' covered wagons
• The Third Sign is of the white men's longhorn cattle overrunning the land
• The Fourth Sign describes the railroad tracks or snakes of iron
• The Fifth Sign is a clear image of our criss-crossing electric power and telephone lines
• The Sixth Sign describes concrete highways and their mirage-producing effects
• The Seventh Sign foretells of oil spills in the ocean
• The Eighth Sign clearly indicates the back to the land Hippie Movement of the 1960s who came to appreciate the ways and wisdom of the tribal nations.'
The Ninth and Last Sign is the Blue Star Prophecy: 'You will hear of a dwelling-place in the heavens, above the earth, that shall fall with a great crash. It will appear as a BLUE STAR. Very soon after this, the ceremonies of my people will cease.'
The Ninth Sign could have been either the U.S. Space Station Skylab, which fell to Earth in 1979. According to Australian eye-witnesses, it appeared to be burning blue. Or the explosion of a supernova, a gigantic blue star, on February 22, 1987, coinciding with the Harmonic Convergence. Or the discovery of the blue Hale-Bopp Comet, July 23, 1995. Or more recently, it could have been the explosion of the Space Shuttle Columbia in 2003. But do these symbolize the Ninth Sign?
Near Oraibi, Arizona, there is a petroglyph known as Prophecy Rock, which symbolizes many Hopi prophecies. According to the Hopi, 'World War III will be started by those peoples who first revealed the light (the divine wisdom or intelligence) in the other old countries (India, China, Islamic Nations, Africa)... The war will be a spiritual conflict with material matters... That time is not far off. It will come when the Saquasohuh (blue star) Kachina (sky people) dances in the plaza and removes his mask. He represents a blue star, far off and yet invisible, which will make its appearance soon... The Emergence to the future Fifth World has begun.' (Source: Frank Waters, 'Book of the Hopi')
In other words, the great change will occur when the Kachinas return from the stars and dance once again in the plazas of their villages, and remove their masks for the uninitiated to see them. Are they talking about extraterrestrials? Author Barbara Hand Clow wrote about 'The Pleiadian Agenda: A New Cosmology for the Age of Light' on the coming of the Pleiadians. And also Clow's The Mayan Code: Time Acceleration and Awakening the World Mind (2007).
'These are the Signs that great destruction is coming. The world shall rock to and fro. The white man will battle against other people in other lands.'
Even Nostradamus called the years 2006 through 2012 the 'Time of Troubles,' full of war, despair, and evil, but also of hope and promise.
On June 8, 2004 there occurred a Venus Transit, the astronomical event of the year. The planet Venus passed across the disc of the sun for a period of about seven hours. The last Venus Transit happened in 1882. Indian avatars of the Vedic tradition are calling it the starting point of the Golden Age, which will conclude at the next Venus Transit in 2012 (there's that date again). The Venus Transit has always preceded great breakthroughs in human consciousness and serves as a symbol of the unification of the masculine and feminine that in the time ahead is about to take place. Millions acknowledge the possibility for humankind that is now emerging.
It's hard to agree with those who translate the prophecies forecasting all doom and gloom. Many people will come forward claiming to be the new Nostradamus, or to know the new prophecies. Each one of us must use our own discernment and discrimination when listening to the 'doom' theories. Always ask questions and go to the source. In other words, it's important that you follow your own Truth, not anyone else's.
My Truth tells me that the troubled Changing Times will usher in a major turning point. As a global community we must come to a majority decision to change our destructive ways and to start anew.
There's still time. The Revolution of Soul is growing. Enlist now!
Your MAIN CODE OF A SPIRITUAL WARRIOR is in full effect: 'Help one another. By example, act, and deed each of us can make a difference."
The Hopi wrote, '...keep this land protected and in harmony. Everything in nature has a power in it. Water represents purification of human beings. All spiritual people should unite on a spiritual path. To save this land is a mission assigned by the Great Spirit.'
The Elders also say, 'This is the time to share sacred indigenous wisdom, prophecies and old traditional knowledge to help mankind survive.'
I wish to share an important survival code with you. Most of us don't remember that we have resources beyond our obvious capabilities. Like the female and male Elders, Shamans, and Priests you also have a 'Power Gathering' ability - you can access universal energy.
SPIRITUAL WARRIOR CODE:
The idea is not to hide from life: It is to live life, and take full responsibility. If you need protection from the dark forces, use the Blue Star. It is an inner blue light and represents your Guardian in troubled times. Seek out this protection and see this shining light around you through which no evil can penetrate, and know that your Guardian in the form of a blue light stands by your side.

What is the Heritage of a Spiritual Warrior?
The heritage of a Spiritual Warrior is alive with ancient and wildly romantic tales. Can you think of any? King Arthur's Knights of the Round Table went on tests to prove their knighthood.
The fictional account by Marion Zimmer Bradley entitled 'The Mists of Avalon' is about the Arthurian legends from the women's perspective. Other stories abound of Lancelot, Tristan, El Cid, Beowulf, Alexander the Great, Artemus of Greece, Robin Hood, the Troubadour Knights, the legends of the Amazon Women, and the Knights Templar. Recent heroes who stood up for good were Mahatma Gandi, the Dali Lama, and others around the world.
There were women knights through the ages. Such as the order of the Hatchet (orden de la Hacha) in Catalonia. It was founded in 1149 by Raymond Berenger, count of Barcelona, to honor the women who fought for the defense of the town of Tortosa against a Moor attack. The women knights admitted to the order received many privileges, including exemption from all taxes, and took precedence over men in public assemblies.
In Italy, the Order of the glorious Saint Mary, founded by Loderigo d'Andalo, a nobleman of Bologna in 1233, and approved by pope Alexander IV in 1261, was the first religious order of knighthood to grant the rank of militissa to women.
In England, ladies were appointed to the Garter almost from the start. In all, 68 ladies were appointed between 1358 and 1488, including all consorts. Though many were women of royal blood, or wives of knights of the Garter, some women were neither. They wore the garter on the left arm, and some are shown on their tombstones with this arrangement.
In France, there was Jeanne D'Arc, or Joan of Arc, who rode a horse and wore armour, but she did not wield a sword and never killed anyone. The French word for a female knight is 'chevalière.' (Source for the above: Orders of Knighthood, Awards and the Holy See, by H. E. Cardinale, 1983)
Later in 1745 in Paris, Anne-Claude-Louise d'Arpajon (1729-94) received the Grand-Cross of the Order of Saint-John. Plus, many other stories of female knights. 'The Templar Revelation' by Lynn Picknett & Clive Prince uncovers the many legends of Mary Magdalene, who would truly have belonged in the Spiritual Warrior Guild.
What can we glean from these knights who practiced love and compassion?
A major attribute of these knights is courage, but what is courage? Courage is having the ability to always see the possibilities. No matter how dark your situation seems to be, raise your sights and see the possibilities. Believe it is possible to solve any problem. These knights were believers. What would happen if they hadn't been? They would have jumped back on their horse and rode away. Magic happens when you believe you can do it. If you believe the answer will come – it will.
Enlist in discovering more about becoming a Spiritual Warrior. Yes, you can do it! Just believe in yourself.

On page 256 of 'Universal Tides: Barbed Wire Blues' the Extraterrestrial character says the following about our mutation at the cellular level:
"You are hanging on to the past, and must collectively release the bondage of fear. Love is the agent of universal synthesis, not fear," he said to them, sitting on a chair that had been carved out of a log. "If you continue to hang on to what was, you will not move into what is becoming. Tonight's lesson is about letting go to become 'sensitive.'"
Everyone looked at one another.
"You are not alone in feeling sensitive. You are experiencing heightened awareness, and picking up people's thoughts, and sensing their inner turmoil. Are you not?"
Everyone nodded yes.
Zeth the teenager commented, "Boy, you're not kidding. I used to go to parties and wonder why I left so exhausted. Like when I was there, man, I could hear all this stuff in my head. I could hear other people's thoughts, not in words, but hear all their mind garble."
"Precisely. You are accepting new frequencies. Everyone is becoming a sensitive and clairvoyant, learning to accept the new frequencies, and the 12 Golden Keys. You are each receiving these keys one by one, as you open yourself up to more Living Energy... The more you accept being sensitive, the more it introduces itself to you. In your acceptance, it will grow and thrive. This is where the planet is headed, a critical mass. Those who do not learn to accept these new energies could unfortunately get left behind. It will also show in their bodies. When they do not accept the changes, parts of their body will feel numb, like dead body cells, and they will need to either massage those parts, or focus on them, in order to bring them into the new cellular shift..." (End quote)
What the character says about changing our cellular structure is important to know. It's part of what's happening on the planet - "a new cellular shift." Accepting the changes is what it's all about.

In the 'X-Men' movies the mutants are the heroes. When you realize that our own cellular structure is changing everyday, you realize that we are the true mutants.
'X-Men: The Last Stand' (2006) is about a cure for "mutancy," the resurrection of a lost comrade, and the escalating tensions between mutants and humans threaten to trigger the war to end all wars.
Hmmm, sounds similar to 'Universal Tides: Barbed Wire Blues,' except Utides tells you the secret knowledge of the ancients, that if practiced, can change your life!
Nowadays we are changing in even greater, universal ways. It's similar to the Chaos Theory.
The Chaos Theory is based on the mathematical theorem that the tiniest change affects everything, no matter how distant, including the weather. For example, when a butterfly beats its wings in one corner of the globe, with that single action, it changes the weather halfway across the world.
SPIRITUAL WARRIOR EXERCISE: Use butterflies as your WAKING DREAM this week. By that I mean, every time you see a butterfly - whether it's on TV, or in an ad, or on a billboard, or on the cover of a book - stop, listen, and learn what the message is. Your inner guide is trying to tell you something. So listen for your inner sound, ringing in your ears, and listen for the message from Soul. Follow the butterfly...

I suppose by now most of you are investigating the coming earth changes and the prophecies of the Mayan Elders or the Hopi, or the reports from whomever you're reading on the Internet these days. You will find they are all similar in their pronouncements, i.e. telling you the fear-based negatives. However, listening to all the negatives will not help you through the coming changes (global earth changes and political upheavals). In fact, taking in only negatives will slow your progress and keep you 'stuck' longer than is necessary. It's not important to know every earth change that is or will happen. It is now time to let all that go. Be aware of it, be prepared for it, but don't focus on it.
Once we reach the effects of the Photon Belt - two years before or after 2012 - the light-phosphoresce will enLIGHTen and cleanse everything in its wake. If you're stuck in negatives, including the 'fear' that the controllers of the New World Order (NWO) want you to drown in, your head will be hung so low you won't see the stars!
The NWO is all too familiar with using the realities of Sir Winston Churchill's quote to their benefit: "Most people, sometime in their lives, stumble across truth. Most jump up, brush themselves off, and hurry on about their business, as if nothing had happened." It's time to disappoint them, to not ignore truth.
What is the Photon Belt? -- Twice every 26,000 years our solar system enters a spectacular band of multi-dimensional light known as the 'Photon Belt.' This is scientific fact. We know that this belt of light particles acts like a transformer of cosmic energy that cleanses and regenerates everything in its path. For instance, the cells of our body change and renew themselves like clockwork, so too does our 'living' solar system. It revitalizes itself when it passes through the Photon Belt.
Why haven't we heard about it before? – The information about this exceptional event has been suppressed, but not for long. When you 'light-up,' you'll know! Actually, you are already experiencing the effects of the Photon Belt. The closer we get, the more your inner awareness grows, and your spiritual eye opens. Your inner awareness has grown steadily stronger since the Harmonic Convergence of August 17, 1987 which marked the 50-year mid-point between leaving the Piscean Age and entering the Aquarian Age.
But there's work and inner preparation to do; in other words, get your own house in order. To begin you've got to GET RID OF THE 'JUNK' so you can see clearly. The junk includes media distractions, i.e. television, news, propaganda, brainwashing, violent movies, harsh music, conglomerate-owned newspapers, CNN, supposed best seller lists, getting rid of anything you feel has a negative vibration. 90% of all media 'out-there' is fabricated to keep you in the dark by making sure you are confused and distracted with dis-information.
The same goes with your health: GET RID OF THE 'JUNK PILLS' – the pharmaceutical companies want to make us all zombies and are only interested in sell-sell-selling us products that appear to work but only mask the problem. They do not want us well. Only your own body's immune system and your light energy can create wellness for you. It's no wonder the drug companies want to suppress your immune system with their pills, and disavow knowledge of healing energy! -- They can't make money from it.
It's time to open your eyes and strip away the veil. Like the old saying: rip off the bandage quickly, it hurts less.
I'm not asking you to believe me. I'm asking you to know your own mind. 'Know thyself.' Research it for your Self and dig underneath the self-perpetuating layers of untruth. One of the most reliable ways to find truth is to look inside your self. To do that you need to practice your spiritual exercises, to be able to discriminate between truth & untruth, and to have a guide along the 'road less travelled.'
Like any journey, a travel guide is needed. If you are willing, use the 12 Golden Keys (from the ebook ‘Universal Tides’) and the Spiritual Warrior Codes (to receive the SWC’s e-newsletter, sign-up at www.universaltides.com) as your guides; but more importantly, find your spiritual inner guide.
Read over the SWC’s 8th Lesson and redo the technique: Ask before going to sleep: "I wish to meet my special mentor or guide on the inner who will teach me what I need to learn?" When you awake the next morning, write your experience in your dream journal. If nothing comes to you, keep practicing the spiritual exercise. You will amaze yourself!

"DECEMBER 21, 2012" My winter solstice birthday on December 21st in the year 2012 will be one birthday to remember because it really will be a "rebirth-day." Here are quotes from two separate articles on the web:
'The Mayas approached "prophecy" by deeply studying the periodicity of cycles, especially astronomical ones. They were also deeply spiritual and very aware of the role that human consciousness plays in extracting information from nature. They knew that ingesting certain plants, religiously and with reverence, would open the doors of perception and lift the veil that keeps mankind from seeing certain realities and communicating with God. This knowledge must explain how they were able to ascertain what will happen on December 21, 2012. Incredibly, they knew, over a thousand years ago, that on this date there will be an astronomical alignment of our sun and the center of the Milky Way. This impending alignment of the sun at that very point, according to Mayan calculations, culminates at the winter solstice of December 21, 2012.
Just recently astronomers have discovered that at this precise point there exists an immense "Black Hole" that is radiating high-energy gamma rays. The Journal of Astronomy and Astrophysics states that the observations were carried out using the High Energy Stereoscopic System (H.E.S.S.) which is an array of four telescopes, in Namibia, Africa. 'Today, modern astronomers, with advanced technological instruments, know that the center of the Milky Way galaxy contains an immense "black hole" which is constantly giving birth and swallowing stars. The Mayas had a glyph that represented a "black hole" in the center of our galaxy. How they were able to know this, no one knows. The Mayas tied their philosophy entirely on what they observed in the heavens. They thought that the center of our galaxy was a "Cosmic Mother Womb" and that it gave birth to our world. They believed that our world went through cycles of birth, death and rebirth. October 21, 2012, they said will end the cycle and our world will end by fire but will be reborn in a new, different and more evolved form. This will be the beginning of a new sun or the "Sixth Sun" according to the Mexicas (Aztecs).'
